Michael Cole is an experienced strategist, bringing with him an array of experience spanning operations, product development, and market and sales strategy. Prior to joining T3 Associates, Michael spent the majority of his career in the financial services industry. He served as the Small Business Market Manager for Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield in New York, working closely with small and medium sized enterprises to understand their business needs and develop products which helped them achieve their goals. Earlier in his career, Michael served in various roles at the Richmond office of Capital One Financial with a primary focus on product and market development. Most recently Michael provided consulting services to Informatics Group, a Singapore based IT firm, looking to expand their organization into further international markets. Michael graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Richmond and earned his MBA from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Spain where he concentrated in Finance and Strategy. ©T3 Associates LLC
