Michele Compito brings to T3 a strong background in conducting research and analysis in the field of Industrial Organizational Psychology. Prior to joining T3, Michele conducted research at a laboratory at the State University of New York at Albany. She participated in studies and analysis on a diverse range of subjects, including Interview Performance, Verbal and Non-Verbal Traits, Optimal Experience, and Perceived Organizational Support. Michele’s personally conducted and oversaw research projects, including field experiments, which analyzed Leadership Styles, Perceived Supervisor Support, and Optimal Experience.
